Yesterday, I went to the Premier Pitch with my friends to play a match of soccer. Well, not actually A match but a few matches. I only scored 1 goal which was a rebound from a goalkick. My friend took the goalkick and it hit my leg, rolling into the goal. Thats what I call lucky me. After the matches, we had a penalty shootout which was also fun. After the excitement we went to a restuarant at Turf City for lunch. I had a cheese pizza with some Sarsi. Sarsi is a drink that tastes like root beer. I also ordered some fries and nuggets to share with my friends and it was topped off with some vanilla ice-cream for dessert. It was the best party I had with my friends yet.

Just last Sunday, my father, sister and I went to West Mall to watch a movie called 'G-Force'. The movie was ok for me. But, for my father, it was quite boring. He slept from the middle part ALL the way to the end! My sister said the movie was nice to watch but i rate it 3 over 5 stars. It was about 3 guinea pigs and 1 mole who thought they were special agents as they went for secret missions but they were actually, well, pets. When the G-Force was disbanded by the Goverment, all of the 'secret agents' were taken to a pet store. 2 guinea pigs were bought by a girl and a boy. The mole tried to escape by acting dead so the shopkeeper would bury him and moles can dig through ground. But, a garbage truck was there and the mole was crushed by the garbage truck. Soon after the G-Force was united without the mole but, the mole turned out to be 1 of the bad guys. Later, the G-Force overcame the mole and brought him to justice.

What does that mean to me
"Good manners will open doors that the best education cannot." This phrase sets me thinking that my brain hurts ALOT. But, alas, I found what it means, I think. It means to me that even if you study very hard like 24/7, you still will not be perfect in your studies. You must have GOOD manners to have GOOD grades. The more the GOOD manners you know, the higher the chances of getting GOOD grades.

Just yesterday, my father, sister and I went to West Mall to watch a movie called Transformers: Rise of the Fallen. The movie was so cool that I will give it 4 and a half over 5 stars. But in a recent review of the movie, the reporter gave it half a star over 5 stars! I was in anguish and shock. The movie was definately worth more than half a star. That reporter does not know how to judge an action-packed movie! I bet the producer of this movie, Michael Bay, when he sees this review, his head would explode like a volcano!

Michael Jackson, 50, died at UCLA Medical Center after being stricken at his rented home in Holmby Hills. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him at his home for nearly three-quarters of an hour, then rushed him to the hospital, where doctors continued to work on him but was unable to save him. His 50-concert comeback bid in London next month was intended to wash away the taint of freakish scandals and restore him to glory as the "King of Pop". But the curtain will never rise. In an instant Thursday, the man who moonwalked above the music world was gone, leaving a shot at redemption unfulfilled and fans and pop stars alike in anguish and shock.

Last Thursday, I went to the famous Singapore Zoo. My maid, sister and I went there together. My mother sent us there and then went to school. Her school is for wanna-be childcare teachers. I had to line up to buy the tickets and the line was so long that it was practically up to the entrance of the zoo. I had to wait 20 minutes till my turn and I bought the tickets. We all went into the zoo and first, we saw some animal exhibits. We had decided to watch Rainforest Fights Back at the shaw amphitheatre. Then, I felt quite hungry. Our mother said that we could eat KFC for lunch. After we ate our lunch, we went to watch Rainforest Fights Back. The show was 30 minutes long and was absolutely nice. The show taught me that we should not cut down the rainforest trees as it will destroy animals' homes. After all of that, my sister and I went to play at the water playground. We played for like, 2 hours or so. Finally, we all went home, happy.

A few days ago, on 15 of June 2009, My maid, sister and I went to Plaza Singapura to watch a movie called 'Land of the Lost'. It is about a scientist named Dr. Rick Marshal and his fellow companions, a young lady which thinks his work is great and another man around Dr. Rick Marshal's age which owns a shop in a deserted place. The three of them ventured into a cave and then one of Dr. Rick Marshal's machine started to work and they all got stuck in a place of the past, present and future all mixed together. Together, they tried to find a the machine to bringthem back to their time. They met a ferocious T-Rex along the way and Dr. Rick Marshal said that the T-Rex's brain is the size of a walnut which at that time was humongous. They met a so-called prisoner stuck too and wanted them to help him. He was wearing a tunic and the man said that people wearing tunics cannot be trusted. Dr. Rick Marshal did not believe that man and trusted the 'prisoner'. In the end, they found out that the 'prisoner' was actually on the dark side and the person he said was on the dark side turned out to be on the good side. But alas, Dr. Rick Marshal and the lady left the mixed dimension while the man stayed behind as he said it was a better place for him.
