Just yesterday, my father, sister and I went to West Mall to watch a movie called Transformers: Rise of the Fallen. The movie was so cool that I will give it 4 and a half over 5 stars. But in a recent review of the movie, the reporter gave it half a star over 5 stars! I was in anguish and shock. The movie was definately worth more than half a star. That reporter does not know how to judge an action-packed movie! I bet the producer of this movie, Michael Bay, when he sees this review, his head would explode like a volcano!

Michael Jackson, 50, died at UCLA Medical Center after being stricken at his rented home in Holmby Hills. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him at his home for nearly three-quarters of an hour, then rushed him to the hospital, where doctors continued to work on him but was unable to save him. His 50-concert comeback bid in London next month was intended to wash away the taint of freakish scandals and restore him to glory as the "King of Pop". But the curtain will never rise. In an instant Thursday, the man who moonwalked above the music world was gone, leaving a shot at redemption unfulfilled and fans and pop stars alike in anguish and shock.

Last Thursday, I went to the famous Singapore Zoo. My maid, sister and I went there together. My mother sent us there and then went to school. Her school is for wanna-be childcare teachers. I had to line up to buy the tickets and the line was so long that it was practically up to the entrance of the zoo. I had to wait 20 minutes till my turn and I bought the tickets. We all went into the zoo and first, we saw some animal exhibits. We had decided to watch Rainforest Fights Back at the shaw amphitheatre. Then, I felt quite hungry. Our mother said that we could eat KFC for lunch. After we ate our lunch, we went to watch Rainforest Fights Back. The show was 30 minutes long and was absolutely nice. The show taught me that we should not cut down the rainforest trees as it will destroy animals' homes. After all of that, my sister and I went to play at the water playground. We played for like, 2 hours or so. Finally, we all went home, happy.

A few days ago, on 15 of June 2009, My maid, sister and I went to Plaza Singapura to watch a movie called 'Land of the Lost'. It is about a scientist named Dr. Rick Marshal and his fellow companions, a young lady which thinks his work is great and another man around Dr. Rick Marshal's age which owns a shop in a deserted place. The three of them ventured into a cave and then one of Dr. Rick Marshal's machine started to work and they all got stuck in a place of the past, present and future all mixed together. Together, they tried to find a the machine to bringthem back to their time. They met a ferocious T-Rex along the way and Dr. Rick Marshal said that the T-Rex's brain is the size of a walnut which at that time was humongous. They met a so-called prisoner stuck too and wanted them to help him. He was wearing a tunic and the man said that people wearing tunics cannot be trusted. Dr. Rick Marshal did not believe that man and trusted the 'prisoner'. In the end, they found out that the 'prisoner' was actually on the dark side and the person he said was on the dark side turned out to be on the good side. But alas, Dr. Rick Marshal and the lady left the mixed dimension while the man stayed behind as he said it was a better place for him.

Last Saturday, I went to an Ikea outlet near Alexandra Road along with my mother, sister and maid. My father could not tag along as he had went to another country, Indonesia. He went there to play golf with his friends. He would be only coming back on Sunday evening. We went there and bought 4 hotdogs and 3 cups of coke. Me and my sister shared one cup of coke with individual straws and hotdogs, my maid ate a hotdog and a cup of coke and my mother ate the same things as my maid. After our inexpensive and delicious meal, we went up and looked around. My mother went there to buy something for her friend. My sister and I saw a playground for children but my mother said that my sister could not go. I did not want to go as there was only small children. After a long time searching for the things my mother needed, she only bought one stuff, a small 'curtain' that blocks out light. We went home and ate some instant noodles. My sister ate ice-cream. but I ate my ice-cream the following day.

Last Wednesday, I went to the Singapore Science Centre. My maid, sister and I took a public bus to the Centre. We went there to watch a movie called 'Sea Monsters'. We watched the movie in the omni-theater. The omni-theater was so big and I think there was more seats in the theater than a normal movie theater. The movie was about a prehistoric story of a sea creature mother about 250 million years ago which gave birth to twins, a son and a daughter. Then, the family of three went on an adventure way out in the dangerous ocean. Together, they faced many dangers as they followed their source of food, a school of fishes almost the size of a salmon. Unfortunately, the mother was killed by a prehistoric shark the size of a great white but more ferocious. Another shark started chasing the female creature and bite of a bit of her flipper but the female was still living. She had a scar on her flipper. The twins went on alone, fending for theirselves. Eventually, they found another pack of their kind following a larger school of fish and decided to follow them. Suddenly the most dangerous sea creature who had no predators chased the female but she got away. But, the male was not that lucky. The male did not notice the danger and was eaten.

Yesterday, my father, sister and I went to a fish farm to go fishing. Well, it wasn't actually fishing but we caught some fish using a fishing net. My sister caught one, my father caught two and I caught three! When we went to the counter to pay for the fishes, the owner of the shop, a lady, helped us catch two more big, red fish. My sister felt really happy as we had a total of eight fish. But, unfortunately, all of the fish died the following day as there was no filter and the fishes had no oxygen to breathe in. My sister started crying when she heard the news. My mother promised us that she would buy more fish tomorrow. I better remember to put the filter in!

Last Sunday, my father, sister and I went to Suntec City to watch a movie called 'Monsters vs Aliens'. The movie was very funny. There were six main characters. The character that I really liked the most was B.O.B. B.O.B stands for Bicarbonate Ostylezene Benzoate. It has no brain, bones or any other organs that humans have. It is just a......blop! A big blop! I hope the creators of this movie will make another sequel of this amazing movie.
